Hello dear ones!
I have suffered of Lupus for about 5 years, and in my quest to align my mind, body, and soul I have found out:
* that connection with the Intelligence of Nature helps release negative patterns ,increase energetical flow, recharge, and nurture body, mind and soul
* that meditation and relaxation will induce the auto-healing system of our bodies and reduce the production of the stress hormone. Science has shown that levels of cortisol hormone in the body reduces drastically when the activity of the brain is reduced.( Cortisol is a stress hormone the adrenal glands release. It helps your body deal with stressful situations, as your brain triggers its release through the sympathetic nervous system- the fight or flight system - in response to many stress factors (healthline.com)
Cortisol is number one enemy of our bodies. High levels of cortisol may lower immune function and bone density, increases the risk for depression, mental illness, increases sugar in the blood stream. Pin pointing the root cause for stress is number one healer, and realigning our selves with healthy habits, good diet, exercise and spiritual awakening, will deploy great benefits to our health.
Sleep is also a key in detoxing the mind, in processing and releasing the data, in integrating the emotions associated with all interactions that occur throughout the day.
